Phil Dobson

Phil is responsible for managing the Aura independent testing business, with a strong focus on customer delivery and excellence. His role includes developing strategy, planning, executive level engagement with customers, and driving coordination with the wider Kordia Group cyber security business.

Phil has been with Aura since 2016, holding multiple roles during his tenure, and recently took the reins as Acting Executive General Manager for the majority of 2022.

His strengths lie in his ability to develop strong working relationships built on trust and openness, and his focus on solving business problems.

Phil pursues a range of outdoor sporting activities; however, he can never seem to catch any of them so spends most of his free time running around after his kids.
